Or maybe you want to focus on a specific area of fitness.  Then you want to consider Individual Training sessions.

There are many reasons why one-on-one (Individual) training sessions work for clients. No matter what your reason, you can be assured that the Fire Fitness Team will provide you with a comprehensive workout in a clean and private space. Your will not have to worry about people watching or judging you. We will make sure you are free from the embarrassment of feeling a little awkward or uncoordinated.

Individual Training also allows us to tailor the exercise program to address your specific goal and needs. We are also able to quickly identify your strengths and weaknesses which will help us guide you to a more balanced body. Individual Training provides dedicated time to connect with you, which aids our process of assessment, support and motivation. It is all about you! From the moment you step into the space to start your session until you leave, we strive to give you the priority you deserve. Rates for individual training are as follows:

12 Sessions$500

  • 12 Sessions

Note: Each Training Session is 45 minutes
