Group, Youth, & Senior Training

Group Training is a great way to help keep individuals motivated and accountable. Let the Fire Fitness Team take the pressure off the group in having to decide what exercises to perform for your specific target area(s) and how many sets and repititions to perform. Also, you do not have to check each other’s form or alignment, thus decreasing the likelihood of injury.

FireFitnessGroupTrainingFire Fitness offers a welcoming and private space for your group members and invited guest to train. Additionally, we will train at an offsite location. In other words, we can come to the group. We have a variety programs designed to target the specific needs of the group such as:

  • Core-Fit
  • Stretch and Core
  • Legs and Gluts
  • High Impact Cardio

If none of the offerings above fit the needs of the group, then we can design a unique fitness training program.

A couple of the specialty training areas include:

  • Chair Exercise for Seniors
  • Youth Obstacle Course
  • Youth Weight Management

Each training session last 45 minutes.

This saves the group time because the training program is designed by the Fire Fitness Team. We save the group the effort of having to figure out which exercises work.
