Our Bootcamps are designed for those individuals who are seeking a high intensity interval training (HIIT) experience. You will enjoy a mixture of strength and conditioning training, body weight training, plyometric training, and stretch and core training. The various forms of exercise will be performed using the Tabata Protocol. Our goal is to keep your heart rate working at 80% – 90% of its max for the greatest amount of caloric burn. Variety in our bootcamp format helps to keep you mentally fresh and sharp. We want to ensure that you continuously improve your physical fitness and stay challenged by applying the techniques called muscle confusion. You will enjoy the camaraderie that is created when training with other people.

Bootcamp is a 6 week (12 Session) commitment at the cost of $150.00. That’s $15.00 per session.
